We appreciate your interest in TT Aesthetics. By scheduling an appointment or becoming a patient, you are agreeing to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
Consultation Fees
Consultations at TT Aesthetics are complimentary. You will only incur costs for the procedures you choose to undergo. During your consultation, we will conduct a comprehensive facial assessment, perform a skin analysis, and discuss various treatment options.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment or if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited. Please ensure that any changes to your appointment are made with adequate notice.
Deposits and Booking Fees
To secure your appointment, a deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. Should you fail to attend your appointment or cancel/reschedule within the specified 48-hour window, this deposit will be forfeited. Patients who repeatedly breach this cancellation policy may be required to pay a deposit for all future appointments.
Refund Policy
Please understand that medical procedures do not guarantee specific results, as individual responses vary. While we strive to achieve the desired aesthetic outcomes, we cannot guarantee results for any treatment performed. By choosing TT Aesthetics, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for completed procedures, including the use of products and time invested. This policy is final and non-negotiable.
Asymmetry
It’s important to note that all faces exhibit some degree of asymmetry. Our practitioners will work diligently to enhance your appearance; however, some asymmetry may persist after treatment. Any adjustments required to address asymmetry will be at the patient’s expense.
Suitability for Treatment
Treatment options may vary for each individual. The decision to proceed with any treatment lies at the discretion of Dr. Tony Truong or our nursing staff, who prioritise patient safety. If a patient is deemed unsuitable for a requested procedure, the booking fee will be refunded, as outlined in our consultation terms. This policy is non-negotiable.
Payment Processing Fees
Please be aware that payments made by card via Mastercard, VISA, EFTPOS, Union Pay or American Express will incur a processing fee of 1.4%.
Procedure Review
We offer a complimentary follow-up appointment two weeks after your procedure. If you have any concerns before this time, please contact our clinic at 0432 333 353 or email hello@ttaesthetics.com.au.
Termination of Patient Relationship
Dr. Tony Truong and our nursing staff reserve the right to terminate the clinic-patient relationship at any time. In such cases, alternative providers will be suggested to continue your care.
